This website is a companion to the following paper:

It provides access to a database of manually-curated models for all KRAB-associated ZNF genes and pseudogenes in the human genome. For details concerning how this database was constructed, please consult the paper. This database includes loci otherwise absent from the public databases at the time of manuscript submission.

Currently, there are four main ways to access this data:

• Search: by genomic coordinates, name, locus type, and motifs
• Map Browser: a graphical browser showing the overall organization of loci in the genome
• UCSC Genome Browser: UCSC's genomic broswer
